Adult day services are offered as a non-residential living option at our facility. These services support the health, nutrition, social, and daily living needs of adults in professionally staffed group settings. Our adult day center serves as an emerging provider of transitional care and short-term rehabilitation for anyone, socially isolated, having memory problems, needing assistance with personal care, or limited ability to function independently.
Hospice services are available to residents who are facing life-threatening disease, cannot benefit from curative treatments, and have a life expectancy of less than six months if the illness follows its normal course. The focus of care in hospice is symptom management, comfort, and the resolution end-of-life issues.
